Onboarding process

The process is simple: when a user clicks the link or button on your platform, they are redirected to the Onboarding site, where they will be prompted to complete the required fields. You will also be required to upload the relevant documents to complete the onboarding process.

Prior to implementation to your site, it is possible to customize your onboarding to match your enterprise's branding.

• A user can proceed through the onboarding form at their own pace, move back to previous pages, edit or save to continue at a later date.

• Based on the type of onboarding, specific information is mandatory, while additional details can be optionally provided by the user to enhance their profile.

Security features are integrated into the form, such as blocking invalid characters to prevent users from proceeding with incorrect inputs.
