Improving Account Onboarding: Why Change Matters

The Future of Onboarding: Why Change is Essential

We want to simplify the entire onboarding process ground-up. So instead of building on our existing technology, we built something new! The goal is to do away with the heavy lifting entailed with the onboarding process, and make it as painless as possible.

  • You only send us a minimum amount of data for us to set up the account. This might include, but not limited to:
    • Full user name
    • Date of birth
    • Country of birth and residence
    • Email
  • With the data you send us we verify if the end-user needs onboarding. If they require onboarding we send you an onboarding form link to incorporate on your platform (no interface to code other than a button).
  • The end-user fills the information, takes or uploads pictures and screened by video.
  • Screening after all data and document is retrieved and validated
