Whitelisting an IP address

Allowlist a static IP address to restrict remote Dashboard or API access to approved network locations.

Before you start

• Identify the static public IP address that your team uses to connect to Lemonway.
• Find your current public IP address at WhatIsMyIP if needed.

Allowlisting an IP address

1. Select Configuration in the Dashboard.
2. Select IP address whitelist.
3. Select Whitelist an IP address.
4. Choose whether to allowlist the address for the Dashboard or the API.
5. Enter the required information in the form.
6. Select Add +.
