Whitelisting an IP Address

To ensure security we invite you to only authorize certain IP addresses when connecting to Lemonway remotely.

Important

To have a Whitelisted IP Address with Lemonway, you must ensure that you provide a Static IP address.

Finding your IP address

To find your IP address, you can use 👉 https://www.whatismyip.com/

• From the Dashboard, click Configuration. A drop-down menu appears.
• Click IP address whitelist
• Click Whitelist an IP address . A pop-up box appears.
• Choose to whitelist an IP address for the dashboard or the API.
• Fill in the form
• Click Add +

It can take upto 30 minutes for our servers to update and Whitelist your IP address.
