Save and Resume an Online Onboarding

Saving Online Onboarding

At any point a user can save their progress and return at a later stage to finish the form.

Resuming Online Onboarding

To resume Online Onboarding from the last session you can implement button or link that calls the endpoint GET /onboardings/{accountId}/resumeto fetch the user's last saved session.

Note

When the user clicks the My account button they are redirected to their account page.

Timeouts

For security reasons, the session will time out if there is extended inactivity.

That the link to resume is valid for 7 days and that the disconnection period if inactive is 30 minutes.
