Pre-activation checks

Before we create and activate your environment, we run a set of pre-validation checks to confirm compliance, security, and operational readiness.

1) KYC verification

We collect and verify the required identification information to meet regulatory standards (for example: government-issued ID, proof of address, and any additional supporting documents depending on your profile).

2) AML screening

We perform Anti-Money Laundering checks to help detect and prevent financial crime risk. This may include screening and risk assessment based on the information provided and the expected account activity.

3) Partner and administrative validation

Our banking partners also require confirmation that your organisation is legitimate, your documentation is valid, and your intended use of the service aligns with their regulatory requirements.

4) Account configuration

Once verification is complete, we configure the environment based on your specifications (such as transaction limits, enabled features, and required settings).

5) Final review and activation

After you confirm the setup, we perform a final review and activate the environment so it’s ready to use.
