🆕 Branding Lemonway Products in the Dashboard

Getting Started

Access and Permissions

To edit branding settings, users must have the Edit Branding permission. By default, this permission is assigned to:

  • MB-ADMIN
  • MB-MANAGER
  • MB-OPERATOR

Users without this permission can view branding settings but cannot modify them.

Branding

The Branding section of the Lemonway Dashboard allows you to customize your brand’s appearance across Lemonway products, including the Payment Page and Online Onboarding. This ensures a consistent and professional look for your customers.

💡

Advanced customization options for Buttons and Links and Form Items are currently available on the Lemonway Payment Page. Support for Online Onboarding Forms is planned.

What Can You Customize?

1. Logos

Keep all branded interfaces accessible and clear, so visual elements remain readable and consistent wherever they appear. Logo management is a simple, with a user-friendly editor, making updates faster and reducing mistakes. Finally, it automatically enforces professional quality and consistency standards across visual assets.

Upload and manage 2 types of logos:

  • Horizontal Logo: Headers and forms.
  • Square Logo: Favicons and avatars.

Supported Formats: SVG (recommended), PNG, or JPG.

2. Brand Colors

Define primary and secondary brand colors. These will be applied globally across supported Lemonway products.

3. Buttons and Links

Customize buttons and links with your preferred color, border, and style.

Default behavior

If you don’t set explicit colors for buttons and links, the system automatically uses colors based on the primary and secondary colors configured in the Colors tab. Manual changes override defaults values, however they can restored at any time using Restore Brand Default Values.

4. Form Items

Adjust form item styles for a more cohesive look and feel.

How to Customize Your Branding

Uploading and Managing Logos

  1. Navigate to the Logos tab in the Branding section.
  2. Click the crayon icon to edit.
  3. To replace an existing logo, click the x button to remove it.
  4. Click Select a document and choose your logo file.
  5. Use the updated cropping modal:
    • Horizontal logo: fixed 5:1 ratio
    • Square logo: fixed 1:1 ratio
    • Tools: move, rotate, zoom, flip, reset, center
  6. Review any validation warnings (logo size, transparency, quality).
  7. Click Save to apply your changes.

Additional Improvements

  • Automatic cropping and validation to maintain optimal display ratios.
  • Quality checks preventing low-resolution or pixelated uploads.

Defining Brand Colors

  1. Go to Colors tab.
  2. Click crayon icon to edit.
  3. Select new Primary Brand Color and/or Secondary Brand Color using the color picker or by entering a HEX/RGB code.
  4. Preview your changes in New Settings view.
  5. Click Save to apply the colors globally.

Accessibility validation

You’ll see a real-time alert if your primary brand color does not meet accessibility contrast standards for text readability.

Important

If no branding is configured, Lemonway’s default styling will be applied.

Buttons and Forms

  1. Open the Buttons & Links or Form Items sections to customize the visual components.
  2. Preview your changes in real time before saving.
  3. Use Restore Brand Default Values to instantly revert to your brand’s default color scheme.
