Investment funds

Incorporated Funds
Incorporated Funds are investment funds that are established as separate legal entities, typically in the form of a corporation or company. These funds have their own legal identity, meaning they can enter into contracts, own assets, and incur liabilities independently of their investors or shareholders. Incorporated funds are often used in structured investment products, mutual funds, or collective investment schemes, providing a distinct legal framework for managing and protecting the assets within the fund.
