What services does Lemonway provide?

Our tech and how it works

After contacting Lemonway, we will provide you with an onboarding manager who will guide you through the various steps required to go live using our Lemonway hosted connector.

The diagram represents a high level view of the Lemonway and Mirakl connector and the interlocking processes. It demonstrates the Money-In and Money-Out flows as well as the interactions between the Payer, the Marketplace (administered by Mirakl), Lemonway and the Sellers.

Once we have activated the Lemonway x Mirakl connector, you will be able to sign into your Mirakl account to start inviting merchants to create shops.

Merchant sellers must provide information about their shop which includes several legal and bank documents to get started.

Payments

Money-Ins to your Lemonway account

When a Mirakl order reaches a specific status, the connector will distribute funds to the appropriate payment accounts.

As a marketplace operator you can select one or more payment methods provided by Lemonway. The connector will always allocate the order amount to the merchant (or merchants, in the case of an order involving multiple merchants) and the commission amount to you, the marketplace operator.

📘

Note

Lemonway's connector is compatible with all Lemonway payments methods.

Refunds

When a Mirakl order reaches a specific refund status, the connector will distribute funds to the appropriate payment accounts.

The refund request from the payer is accepted or refused by the merchant directly in their Mirakl dashboard (vendor access).

The objective of the connector is to transfer the funds via P2P from the Merchant and SC wallets to the MKP technical wallet in order to allow the partner to process the refund in the Lemonway environment.

Money-Outs

The connector handles Money-Outs for both merchants and the operator (if applicable).

  • All Mirakl accounting documents, including automatic invoices, manual credits, and manual invoices, are managed by the connector.
  • Lemonway updates the statuses of Mirakl accounting documents, ensuring you have up-to-date information on your Mirakl dashboard.

📘

Automatic Invoice Generation

Mirakl's automatic billing cycle is selected by the marketplace operator on the Mirakl dashboard. The Lemonway connector adapts: if weekly, merchants and operator Money-Outs will occur.

  • Automatic invoices generate merchants and/or operator MoneyOuts
  • Manual invoice generate P2P from merchant to SC wallet
  • Manual credit generate P2P from SC wallet to Merchant wallet
