This method allows you to pre-register a mandate.
- If you register a mandate with electronic signature, the mandate will be pending. You need to use the Generate an Electronic Signature of a Document call to sign the mandate. The status will change accordingly.
- If you register a mandate with opt-in signature, the mandate will be automatically validated. Please refer to the Support Team for this option.
Use this endpoint to pre-register a SEPA Direct Debit mandate:

Electronic‑signature flow:
- Upon registration, the mandate enters a PENDING state.
- You must complete the signature via the Generate an Electronic Signature of a Document call.
- Once signed, the mandate status updates automatically.

Opt‑in signature flow:
- Mandates registered with opt‑in are automatically validated.
- Contact Lemonway Support to activate this option.
Important: Whenever you see accountId in a path or body parameter, enter your wallet’s ID.
