Whitelisting an IP address

Whitelisting an IP address is a security measure used to restrict access to specific IP addresses that are deemed trustworthy or authorized. To ensure security we invite you to only authorize certain IP addresses when connecting to Lemonway remotely.

To be whitelisted with Lemonway, you must ensure that you provide a Static IP address.

Finding your IP address

To find your IP address, you can use 👉 https://www.whatismyip.com/

• From the Dashboard, click Configuration. A drop-down menu appears.
• Click IP address whitelist
• Click Whitelist an IP address . A pop-up box appears.
• Choose to whitelist an IP address for the dashboard or the API.
• Fill in the form
• Click Add +

It can take up to 30 minutes for our servers to update and Whitelist your IP address.
