Bank Validation Process
As part of our onboarding process, our bank partners require that your organization is legitimate and your documentation is valid and that your operation is in line with their regulations.
These tasks are not optional and as part of the onboarding and integration process, you will be required to complete them all before you go live.
We are obligated to inform you to ensure the following checklist is complete before you can make and receive payments using Lemonway's API.

Your Legal Terms & Conditions
Your official legal terms and conditions, outline your service and the contractual nature of your relationship with your users.
Legal Mentions
Your legal mentions include your organization's general policy, the use of social plugins (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and so on), and any disclosures.
Cookies Policy
As part of the GDPR, your platform/Website should clearly display your cookie policy. Cookie consent is a common feature on websites, users should be able to freely choose to accept or reject your policy. Please consult: EU Cookie Policy
EU GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) Politics
Ensure that you have your GDPR policy in place and in line with the EU requirements. In 2016 the European Parliament and the Council passed a law that requires the "protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data".
Contact Form
A form on your platform that allows a user to send relevant inquiries or help to your organization.
Lemonway Logo
As part of your agreement with Lemonway, your platform must display the Lemonway logo.
Lemonway ToS (Terms of Service)
As part of your agreement with Lemonway, you must agree with our Terms of Service.
We have two legally binding versions of our ToS in English and in French.
We also have Italian, Spanish and German translations that are non-binding agreements. These pages should only be used for reference to the original English and French versions.
